About

Louisa Muir-Little is a Knitted Textiles Designer. Within her practice she creates playful knitted fabrics exploring colour, technique and materiality. By pushing and combining different knit techniques she aims to create innovative, tactile knitted fabrics.

Louisa’s practice aims to reconnect people to the physical world around them through the medium of textiles, engaging people with their physical surroundings away from the digital world. Through the use of knit and material exploration she creates tactile, knitted pieces which can be applied to our surroundings encouraging a haptic interaction that reconnects us to the material world around us.
